The Mac mini you have shown has only 16 GB unified memory in comparison to 64 GB of MacBook Pro. This is a huge difference in terms of performance. If you had gone for 16GB MacBook pro with 512 GB storage, the cost would have been much lower. Comparing the models you have compared to make your point does not make sense.
